An Effort to End Nutritional Ignorance

2-4 oz Store bought, pre-packaged wild Alaskan salmon
3-6 oz of prepackaged goat cheese
Crackers (your choice, but I love these on rice crackers)
1 bunch of cilantro
smear a very small amount of goat cheese on to 20-30 crackers
tear a small amount of salmon and place onto smeared crackers
tear a piece of cilantro and place atop salmon
voila! you are the master-elegant-app-preparing-party throwing queen! or king!
