This delicious dressing can be mixed by shaking it up in a cruet (I had to ask what the glass thing you mix salad dressing in was called, apparently its a ‘cruet’) or an old water bottle; just store it in the fridge. Some mustards may clump, so work that triceps by shake, shake, shaking it up.
1/4 cup water
1/4 olive oil
1/3 cup lite soy sauce
1-2 tbsp of mustard (I prefer spicy)
1 tsp of either sugar, agave or honey
These measurements are approximations. People like numbers and facts, but really just eyeball it and adjust to your taste.
